Refund Policies

We understand that sometimes, you just want you darn money back.  We totally get that!  However, there’s some real humans here at BLACK LODGE GAMES, LLC waiting to help resolve your issue, so please contact us first so we can help make things right for you!  If you still want a refund, in most situations where it’s applicable, we’re happy to issue you one.  For the sake of clarity and full disclosure, here are the fine details of our refund policies.  Please note that other terms and conditions may apply.  Since we have multiple product types, we have policies for each type of product:

Refund Policy for Digital Products
  1. We would love to make you happy, so please contact us so we can fix and improve your situation!
  2. Refunds will be granted at the purchasers requests no later than 30 days after purchase of the digital product.
  3. If the product was bought from a store front, retailer, platform, digital store front, or other service aside from BLACK LODGE GAMES, LLC directly, a refund request must be handled and processed by the company that sold the game.  Please note that other companies have different refund policies, and that this refund policy only applies to purchases made through blacklodgegames.com
  4. Refunds will be provided in compliance with local and international laws and treaties.  Other payment processor terms and conditions may apply. This refund policy does not constitute a contract for legal purposes.
  5. Refunds will be processed back the same way the order was submitted.  For example, a purchase made through PayPal that was later refunded, would be refunded back to the PayPal account that made the payment.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or refuse payments from accounts which we suspect are abusing our refund policy.  We also reserve the right to modify our refund policies at any time.
  7. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for processing of refunds.  Note that your payment processor or bank account may have additional delays before your funds from the refund become available.
Refund Policy for Physical & Shipped Products
  1. We would love to make you happy, so please contact us so we can fix and improve your situation!
  2. Returns are accepted within 30 days for exchange for the same item.
  3. Contact us regarding your refund request and we’ll see if you qualify for a refund. Refunds will be granted at the purchasers request no later than 30 days after purchase of the digital product.
  4. If the product is physically damaged when it arrived through shipping, we are happy to replace the product at no cost, just ship us back the original item and we’ll ship you a new one.  Allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing.
  5. Refunds will be provided in compliance with local and international laws and treaties.  Other payment processor terms and conditions may apply. This refund policy does not constitute a contract for legal purposes.
  6. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We will not refund any shipping costs nor provide free shipping services.  We do send you replacement items at our expense.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or refuse payments from accounts which we suspect are abusing our refund policy.  We also reserve the right to modify our refund policies at any time.

Refund Policy for Subscription Based Services & Other Services
  1. We would love to make you happy, so please contact us so we can fix and improve your situation!
  2. Services that you have pre-paid for can be cancelled at any time and refunded for any unused time remaining on a subscription.  For example, if you had a $30 a month subscription, and you canceled on the 15th of the month, you would be entitled to a $15 refund for the remainder of the month.
  3. Services that you have already received are non-refundable, as allowed by law.
  4. Refunds will be provided in compliance with local and international laws and treaties.  Other payment processor terms and conditions may apply. This refund policy does not constitute a contract for legal purposes.

Other Refund Information

Making happy customers is what we do, and if a refund is the only way to make you happy, we’re happy to give you a full refund.  Please note that our software terms of service grants us the right to refuse refunds for any reason at any time.  The “Terms of Service” is a legal agreement you must accept to use or install our software, we want to stress here that while we reserve the right to refuse any refund, we’re really only going to refuse a refund when it’s clearly outside of the scope of our refund policies.  We want to make you happy, and we refund according to the guidelines above!  Contact us today if you have any questions or concerns, and thank you!
